Mission Hill DVDs

Mission Hill will be coming to DVD!  Look for the set around November 2005.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the campaign.

I'm sure we all want a DVD set of Mission Hill, and the good news is there's actually a chance of it happening!

The current rights-holder is Warner Home Video and they are noticing the high sales of other animated series on DVD such as The Simpsons, Futurama and Family Guy, as well as the show's recent high ratings on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block.  So, they are beginning to take a look at Mission Hill getting the DVD treatment.

However they need more convincing.  So, it's up to us fans to contact Warner Home Video and tell them how much they want a DVD set of Mission Hill.

The only real way to contact Warner Home Video is through old-fashioned mail.  One good thing would be to send a postcard that shows your city or wherever you are from to show how widespread the show's fanbase is.  Or you could send a polite but firm letter expressing how much you want the show on DVD.  Send them to:

Warner Bros. Home Video
4000 Warner Blvd.
Burbank, CA 91522-0001

Remember when writing to them, just keep it short, firm, and polite.  Rude or demanding letters will not help.  And be sure to do it soon!

It would be best to write something yourself.  But if you're too lazy to write something up, you can copy and paste this message here into your word processor (but remember to change the name and address information).

And be sure to tell your friends who are Mission Hill fans, or just fans of great animation DVDs to help us out!  Use this button to inform them of this page!

And for all your webmasters/forum posters out there, use this linking banner and the accompanying code to help spread the word:

And finally, we also have to depend on good old-fashioned word of mouth.  So tell your friends who don't use the internet but love Mission Hill to write those letters and postcards to the above address.  These sort of letter-writing campaigns have proven successful in the past for other TV shows.  With enough demand and letters, we WILL one day see an official Mission Hill DVD set.
